• Orders under €90 → shipping cost €9.95, for Canada shipping cost €12.95

• Orders of €90 and above → free shipping

• All items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and care for the planet

• Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges
Because all our products are made to order (and often personalized), we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for changes of mind, wrong size or custom design variations.
This helps us minimize overproduction and stay sustainable.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@little-lanivy.com with photos and details. We’ll be happy to review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Important Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before placing your order.

• If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.

• Little Lanivy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but we’ll always help track your package if needed.
