4. Orders & Contract Formation

All products on our site are made to order. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Little Lanivy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not go into production until payment has been received.

6. Shipping Information

• Orders under €90 → shipping cost €8.95

• Orders of €90 and above → free shipping

• All products are made to order to reduce overproduction and waste.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for production and delivery.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Little Lanivy is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment if needed.

7. Personalization

Customers can personalize certain products (e.g., leggings) with their own design, drawing, or artwork.
Send your design to info@little-lanivy.com after placing your order.
Please ensure your file or idea complies with copyright and does not contain offensive or unlawful content. Little Lanivy reserves the right to reject designs that do not meet these standards.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order and often personalized, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, except in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

• The wrong item or size was sent due to our error.

In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@little-lanivy.com, including photos and a description of the issue.
If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items damaged by misuse or wear

• Products returned after 30 days

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or remains unclaimed, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Warranty

We guarantee that our products conform to their descriptions and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
Normal wear, misuse, or personal customization errors are not covered by this warranty.

10. Liability

Little Lanivy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
